Jico Seto-Hori MC Cartridge with Ceramic Body

The Setomono Ceramic body suppresses excess vibration of this high output moving coil cartridge. The body is mounted on a base made of natural Walnut tree wood processed near Hamamatsu, a city made famous by it's world class musical instrument factories. The Seto-Hori cartridge uses a special "micro ridge diamond tip" which has a polyhedral shape giving a lifetime at least 3 times longer than a conventional elliptical or conical shaped stylus. The Boron cantilever has low mass and great stiffness. These characteristics allow the tip to trace the record groove more accurately and reproduce low, mid-range and high frequencies with true fidelity.
