Delivery Information

We will always try to get items despatched as soon as possible. 

Stock availability and estimated delivery times are shown above the product price once a product has been selected.

There are three levels of stock availability:

1. In Stock
This means that the item is a standard stock item and will normally be despatched on the same day if the order is received by 3.00pm. UK standard delivery is 2-3 working days except for outlying regions and Islands. Service items, such as record cleaning, have longer turnaround times and these are notified in the item's listing.

2. Out of Stock
This means that the item is normally a stock item and will be dispatched as soon as possible. The anticipated UK delivery time is given with the out of stock notification and will normally be a maximum of 4-6 working days, except for outlying regions and Islands. If there is any change to the re-stocking time after you have placed an order you will be sent details so that you can decide whether to wait for your item or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

3. Pre-Order
This is for items we supply but that are not standard stock items. UK delivery for these is normally 4-6 working days except for outlying regions and Islands. If there is likely to be a problem with supplying your order in the stated time you will be sent details so that you can decide whether to wait or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Europe and the Rest of the World 

Deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World are priced according to destination. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assess and pay any duty that may become due. The speed with which customs process items varies considerably from country to country and we have no control over the time taken to get clearance or any charges that might be levied.

Packaging

We endeavour to package all items securely and use specially designed mailers to return records safely back to our customers. UK deliveries are usually made through Royal Mail or DPD depending on the item being sent.
